Witchy and Well's Soul Medicine Episode 7: The Shamanic Journey with Ellen Roche

When we're struggling to heal and have our plaguing questions answered, sometimes we find our medicine by communing with spirit.

With the aid of her drum and years of training and study, Ellen Roche journeys to the spirit realms on behalf of her clients to ask for help from the loving guides just beyond our perception. She teaches us that we all have the capacity to make these connections with spirit; after all, we are all connected.
